No, I wanted to inform you what was going on before I responded. I took some pictures that I will send shortly that show pictures before the rain this weekend and after. The area is currently flooded. I was going to use them to illustrate how rain always ponds in that area.

First of all we are in the midst of a lawsuit that Mr. Cole is very aware. Second, we have answered the questions regarding the South Coleman Ranch on multiple occasions previously. DEQ is aware that we had discontinued irrigation almost a month prior. I want to know what David Cole is up to and why before we provide any response. All correspondence needs to begin with either Jennifer Cline or myself prior to funneling through our attorney’s.

Dan,

Regarding the water line leaks at Colman’s Ranch. In March of this year 2014 a leak was repaired at the guest house. However, a leak check has not been noted in the account notes for the Main house water line. It’s hard to tell if the main house has a leak from their records, however they do consume a large amount of water. This could partly be from a leak or water used for the cattle.

David Cole is asking about some of the photos from Susan Hansen.

We were not even watering on Coleman Ranch south at the time of the standing water as shown on the DMR. We had .7 seven inches of rain on the day the photos were taken. That area is the lowest spot in the area and shows standing water the fastest. The house address in the picture is on city water. There is also a 20 inch water line that runs in front of the house. I went and took some pics of the water meter. I know North sky was putting in fiber optics right there at the time. I took some pictures of that area a few days ago and also today. You will notice that after 5 rainy days the whole area is flooded. What I would like to know from Jen and Garrett is did we shut off the water so that house could repair a water line or did we make any repairs in that area this summer or fall. I will forward you my photos following this one.

Hi Jon. Is there any way that you or someone else can check to verify the following:

· A potable water supply line exists under the ground at 14998 S. Feyrer Road (see photo 1, attached).

· If such a water line exists, is there some way you or someone else can verify if it is or has leaked, which could account for the ponding seen in photos 2-5?

Due to size limitations, I have to send you photos 4 & 5 separately. Let me know if you got them. Thanks.
