Subject: Coleman irrigating Section 3 w/ River Water

Hi David,
As of yesterday, 8/17/2015, Coleman moved his hand lines to Section 3 and began irrigating with water from Molalla River. With this change the operators ran residual samples on the river water and found no chlorine residue to verify that there is NO cross-connection with the City’s recycled water.
In addition, I’ve attached photos of the run-off and ponding that is occurring in Section 3 in case there are questions in regards to ponding and runoff from the hand line irrigation. See attached.
A map outlining Section 3 has also been included.
Again, if Coleman makes any future changes in respect location of irrigation with the Molalla River water, or if we return to watering with recycled water in either Section 1 or 3, I will update you by email.
