Subject: RE: Coho Street Pavement Patch

Importance: Normal

Hi David,

Yes, a home owner had a sewer line repaired by a contractor which they have not returned to pave the patch. I have been in touch with him over the last month. I was able to have him coordinate with the City’s paving contractor and weather permitting, the contractor will be out tomorrow to pave the street cut in addition to some of the our utility repair cuts.

I’m hopeful our contractor can pave tomorrow even with the forecasted rain, but there’s always the chance they will be delayed. Unfortunately this time of year, it is extremely difficult getting on their busy schedule. If there is a significant delay, I will talk to contractor about placing temporary cold patch in the travel lane for the meantime.

Thank you for your patience on this matter.

Subject: Coho Street Pavement Patch

Good Morning Jennifer,

My name is David Scuito and I live here on Coho street in Molalla. I was noticing the City replaced a water line on Coho street about 6+ months ago. The pavement was backfilled with gravel. I know the city has a lot of projects going on these days, but I was wondering when the gravel might be replaced by blacktop?

Thank you in advance

David Scuito
