A man came in complaining of excessive overgrowth, rodents, trash/garbage at this property where the previous owner has been deceased for 3 yrs. He and his neighbors are concerned that it is a fire and safety hazard and want something done right away. Says he’s talked to the bank who is claiming no ownership, not taking any responsibility. I said that there is a process that we legally need to go through, but that we will likely hire someone to clean up the property and lien the property.
I sent him with some complaint forms to fill out in detail so the complaint is documented. FYI.
