Here is all my documentation on his water line extension. As you can see, my comments require a 15-ft easement and clearly in the submitted plans there is not a 15 foot easement extension for two of the fire hydrants.

I’ve also included emails indicating he needs an easement for the hydrants. Mike would like 10’ on each side. I believe 7.5’ (15’ total) is sufficient.

If not, we will need an easement recorded at the county by his engineer.
