Ok, great thank you :) I know that the people at 470 Burghardt dr were given permission from the city. And it looks really nice! We don't want to infringe on the wetland area, just clean up next to the sidewalk :)

Hi Dan
My name is Jessie Sutton. My husband and family live at 490 Burghardt Dr.
Directly across from our house there is a small empty lot. We are
interested in seeing if we can plant a couple trees and grass along the
sidewalk. We feel that it would vastly improve the appearance of the area,
beautify the cul da sac, and decrease the risk of fire in the overgrown
dry grass. Also we understand that we would be responsible for maintaining
anything we planted.
