Hi Dan-

Can you forward me the original email with the attached report.

Just curious why she is so adamant about filing a report when she mentions we have 5 days?

Yes, we had a routine main line blockage at N. Molalla and about Toliver just north of Downtown. Very little entered the catch basin (which was dry) and we were able to Vac it out of the sump. Nothing entered the storm system. The citizen report isn’t quite right but we will file a report as required. When a truck drives by, stops and then leaves the scene they didn’t mention that they returned promptly with the appropriate equipment. Our public Works Director, Jennifer Cline spoke to Karen Williams about the incident earlier today.

Hello Dan and Jonathan

The attached report to the Oregon Emergency Response System came to us today. Did the City have an overflow of sewage? If so, please follow your permit and report it to us and let us know within 5 days what happened and how it will be fixed or prevented.

Thank you!
