City Annex Data Request Forms

As a reminder, the City Annex Data Request Forms are due this Friday, August 14. Completed forms should be sent to Shawna Mantey at smantey@ene.com. Thank you to those who have already returned them!

Please note: Shawna Mantey will be on vacation from Monday, August 17^th through Friday, August 28^th. If you need to submit after the deadline, have additional information to provide, or have questions related to data request after August 14, please reach out to Matthew Lieuallen at mlieuallen@ene.com.

City Annex Workshop DOODLE POLL

Within the next few hours you should receive a Doodle poll by email. Doodle is a web service that will help us find a suitable date for meeting with each of your jurisdictions. When you receive the separate email directly from Doodle, please click on “Participate Now” which will take you directly to the Doodle poll.

Step 1: Review the list of available dates and times.

Step 2: Check in with key partners for your jurisdiction and determine the best date/time of those listed.

Step 3: Choose the date/time from those listed that works for your team.

This is a Limited Poll, which means:

· You may choose only 1 date/time that works for your jurisdiction

· Once the date/time is chosen it will be removed from the poll so that no one else can choose it.

City Annex Workshop Details

In early September you will receive a rough draft of the City Annex for your jurisdiction based on the information you provided to us in the data request form. Your team will need to review the draft annex and provide initial comments/questions prior to the scheduled City Annex Workshop. The workshop will serve as the basis for a focused work session with your stakeholders. The workshop is anticipated to be two hours in length and will focus on:

· Addressing data gaps;

· Confirming how the City will organize around debris operations;

· Identifying city-specific resources and capabilities; and

· Confirming city-specific map products.
