Subject: RE: City Park Bathroom..........
Darren,
I went out at Long Park just after 7 this morning and he was not there. There was paper lying about in the men’s restroom, but not the amount you are talking about. I ran two other local transient/drug users out from between the buildings by Cutting Edge at that time. They may have been the ones using it.
On our second call for the day this morning at Evergreen on Kennel, I spoke to the nurse in charge and she said our evicted transient in the wheel chair called her saying he was in Oregon City and meeting with a case worker to find a place to live. Hopefully he will be successful and we won’t see him again. That’s what I know for now. We will try to get the night officers to check the restrooms as time allows.

Subject: City Park Bathroom..........
Chief,
Our homeless guy in the wheel chair is continuing to use the men’s room at City Park as a hotel every night, he has been coming out right about the time we are getting there in the morning or we are having to run him out of there. He is rolling out massive amounts of toilet paper on the floors presumably to lay down on to sleep. Also, we are finding tin foil scattered around the bathroom.
He is absolutely trashing this bathroom every day. Anything you can do to help asap is appreciated.
Darren
