Hi Daphne,
The only transfer for planning (#4) should be Nicolas’s ext, #219. My last email was incorrect.
The County will no longer be contacted for Planning purposes, unless directed specifically by Nicolas.
The County is still responsible for Building Codes, Permits and Inspections. The contact numbers for the press #5 are as follows:
Permits and Inspection Tree:
1 – Transfer to 218
2 – Transfer to 503-742-4240 (county Building code and permits)
3 - Transfer to 503-742-4720 (county building inspection)
I double checked by calling these CC numbers today.

Brandon,
Pressing 4 on the main tree will transfer locally to the extension for Nicholas (x219?). Option 5 on the main tree will transfer to the subtree for permits and inspections with the 3 options you have listed. Option 2 and 3 on the subtree will route to the 2 separate numbers for the county.

As discussed, here is the current set up on the main auto attendant. Per our conversation, if you would like Community Planner, Nicolas, as option 4, then all options on the main tree would change and we would need to remove one option. The other option is go with your first plan of adding Nicolas into the sub tree, changing that greeting and routing any planning calls to him as well as adding Rights of Way and Sidewalks routing to your extension. (option 4 , add option 1 for planning- option 2 for sidewalks, option 3 for inspection and option 4 for permits)
Please respond back with the specific set up you would like.
