I apologize the meters showed up a couple days late and the antenna had to be overnighted. I spoke with Richard Delgadillo, my regional sales manager for Hach Flow on the West Coast. I understand you would like a 2nd download cable USB to Laptop. As a token of appreciation, Hach Flow would like to ship you a cable at no charge. You’ll be receiving this cable next week.
I tried logging onto Hach’s FSDATA site under your login: molallapw and it did not work, I’ll follow up with the factory tomorrow to make sure they setup your account.

My sales manager at Hach says if after you test that 1st meter site and find the issue with velocity follows the sensor, please notify us ASAP – within the next few days so we can have it shipped back as an “Out of Box Failure”, we will replace this sensor under warrantee.
