The electronic copy we have doesn’t have the signed and stamped title page, so I’m not sure it’s the latest version, although it has the April 2000 date. Let me know if you want that.

Also, checking our transmittals, we sent a CD with the Facilities Plan to the City in 2004 (see attached), so you may already have it.
