I have high-lighted several sections that the City is likely able to budget for the remainder of this 2014-2015 fiscal year. Thanks for participating in the call today. To recap, here are the three action items that will drive the revision of our scope and budget:
1. Call between Mark Strandberg (RB), Bill Fasth (BC), and Jennifer Cline (City) to discuss irrigation at the Coleman site. Mark to set up time/call.
2. Call between Rob Lee (BC) and Jennifer Cline to discuss I/I scope. Rob to set up time/call.
3. Internal BC meeting between Rob Lee, Bill Fasth, and Greg Humm to discuss prioritization and sequencing of work, with the goal of deferring work that may not need to occur immediately to address current concerns/issues.
Deadline: revised scope and budget by early/middle part of week of December 15th. This is predicated on items #1 and #2 being completed by the end of this week at the latest.
