Hi Jennifer,

I'm working on a cover letter to send to neighbors and property owners that surround the Piuser Site. I'm thinking it will be best to put the letter on City letterhead. Does this sound ok to you? If so, do you have a template (in MS Word format) that includes the City letterhead? I can then put a draft letter together for your review. Thanks.
