Jenn,

I received a call from Byron from Clackamas County work crews this morning. He will be at the shops on Wednesday the 15^th of July at 8:00 a. m. and wants to actually see the locations that we want the work to be done. I mentioned just providing him a map and although that’s great, he wants to see each site.

I would like a general map showing the city storm basins to share with the county for vegetation control. We have an agreement with the county to utilize the work crews for vegetation control. I would like to start using them around town.

Nothing fancy just a map with the basin properties high-lighted in a blue or green color and street names for locating purposes. Something similar to the zoning map

Our “Contact the City” page is a bit like that. Looks like it could use a few more links (including mine), emergency contacts, and general information contacts (MCC, etc). I can fix it up a bit.

Not sure if we have all of the detention basins on the map yet. I’ll look into it this afternoon. Generally, I’m planning on shifting focus to completing storm collection once I&I is in a better place but I can get all the basins soon.

Hi Dan,

Do we have something like this? http://www.ci.canby.or.us/cityservices/citydirectory.htm

I would like to consider adding something similar. May be include a block for Neighborhood Association contact as well.

Also, I forgot to ask you at the meeting. Do we have a map of all the detention basins that the City owns? I know I’ve seen a list you have created.
