I don’t know if there has been any follow up from your department regarding the incident as far as estimates or repairs. Thanks, Sadie From: Eric Ramm [mailto:eramm@cisoregon.org] Sent: Monday, February 09, 2015 11:10 AM To: cityrecorder@cityofmolalla.com Cc: gedmunds@cityofmolalla.com Subject: CIS Claim PRMOL2015065743 Sadie, I tried to call you but your VM is not accepting messages. Can you advise who will be the best point of contact for this claim where the vactor truck hit the shop building? I copied Garrett Edmunds from the copy of the email I was provided when the claim was filed. I will be your point of contact. Curious as to the status of and repairs and extent of damage at this point. Do you guys have any estimates for repair or made any emergency repairs to keep the weather out? I will have to verify if there has been any additional repairs beyond clean up on the structure. No quote/estimate has been received for either the structure or Vactruck. Is this something the City needs pursue? Let me know as soon as you can so we can move this claim forward for the City. As a reminder the City does have a $1000 deductible on the building involved.
