The incorrect attachment was on the weed eater that is meant for sawing thick branches and blackberry briars. The weed eater should have had the typical string attachment which is meant for weed eating grass.

Here is the PGE billing for the transformer damage at the WWTP. Are there any precautions that can be taken so an incident like this does not happen again? Can a fence or baracade be put around it or ?
