The City would like to obtain the necessary permits for hanging Christmas decoration on PGE Utility poles. I have attached the PGE permit detailing the locations on OR 211/Main St were the decorations will be placed along with the insurance documentation required.
Will you please send me the necessary documentation to complete to obtain a Utility work in ROW permit?
