Hi Grant,
Good to hear the Chamber is going LED this year. We are also looking into new LED decorations for our poles. It is close to 14% reduction in power usage between standard and LED C9 bulbs.
I will pass the message along to Garrett to help coordinate your requests below. I believe he also has the key to our side gates. I would also like to have Garrett meet with us, in case he has any concerns regarding our facility. Let’s plan to meet tomorrow around 11:30 to take a look at your plans and coordinate any necessary logistics.

Grant Sharp here.
I have set up the tree for the last three or four years.
The city has provided a corded outlet on the north side of City hall that has the three outlets and switches to turn on the lights. We are purchasing all new lights this year, contractor grade LED's so the power consumption should be less.
It is our plan to be there some time in the morning of the 22nd with the tree. I have had a key to the side gate in the past to plug in and store items during the decoration process. This would be appreciated.
If you are available we could meet and review the planned activities. Santa Chair, cables, ornaments, etc.
I am often at the Chamber office, 107 E. Main, at lunch or...donut shop or Cindy's for pie... Don't tell :-)
