I went there last week Nicholas to make sure that it was still out of service and it is. The issue appears to be the hydrant stem. It may just need oiling it may need something more but it is difficult at best to turn and there is a stopping point when it feels like the stem is going to break. That’s why we stopped and bagged it.

This is one that was tested last summer that we are waiting on Public works to address. It’s out of service that why it has a bag over it. I will double check it today just to verify. Thank for the heads up. I have CC’d Jen with this e-mail as well.
