Are either of you available to chat today? I spoke to Tiffany this morning, she was on-site with me inspecting our irrigation. The inspection went well however she verbally informed me that DEQ is mailing us a letter regarding their intent to move forward with an enforcement action against the City regarding the over spill. I don’t know what the details are or if there will be a fine. From what I understand the enforcement agency within DEQ will determine that. In not so many words she indicated we will want to submit a report show that this was an “upset” with any additional documentation for the City.
