She called on two points, (1) to introduce herself and go over the permitting for waste water discharges and (2) more specifically to see if I had time to discuss recent complaints at the Colman Ranch in regards to irrigation.
I stated I had a meeting to head into shortly and I would call her back around 3-3:30. I needed to catch up with Heather regarding the pool.

You are correct, we have not irrigated on South Molalla ranch since August 25th this year.
