Hi Tina,

I'm open any time before 10:30 on Tuesday morning.

I spoke to Jeff in regards to Susan's post as well. I'm starting to think Tiffany just doesn't care and baits Susan with the City to keep Susan off her back.

Jennifer-

Mark will plan to be out there to attend the meeting with David on Wednesday morning. How does Tuesday morning look for a call to prepare for that meeting and go over the information you got from Jason? I have a flight at 11 am, so would need to talk around 8:30 or 9 pm. Otherwise, we can talk when I land back in Portland after 1:30 pm.

I understand you spoke with Jeff about the DEQ issue. We are working on an email to Nina about their loose lips and constant cow-towing to Susan.

Try to enjoy the weekend and we will catch up on Monday!

Tina

Hi Tina

I left you a voicemail but following up with an email. I have scheduled a meeting on Wednesday at 9:30 with David and DEQ staff to go over the leak test findings. I would like to find a time to discuss Jason's answers and updates before the meeting. Also let me know if you or Mark would like to attend? But not necessary.

Regarding the post, I found it interesting that she posted info in regards to our Monday meeting with DEQ. I know she called about the trench but I'm sure it was not necessary to share info on the meeting and seems that DEQ took credit for the meeting? Exact reason why I have a hard time believing they have the best interest of the City.

Last note, I received a quote from a diving company to plug the vault so we can make the repair to the isolation valve(1st company we found willing to do it) and it is $14k. I'm going to hold off to see if we can get the levels down in the vault when we begin discharging to the river in November. If not we will hire a diver to make the repair prior to any future leak tests.
