Regarding the timeframe to wait after rain, DEQ typically establishes the criteria in the authorization letter (see #5C in the marked-up version of the Brad Johnson authorization letter). I don’t know if Pat Heins will use this same criteria (he is new to the job) but I expect that he will, or use something similar.

Hi Christine,
Here are my comments you may want to incorporate with yours.
My only main comment, is if we are concerned with ponding and runoff, do we want some time frame to wait to apply Biosolids if there is a significant rain event. I know that is not the case this year with the dryer than normal weather. However, if there is summer with more rain than expected this could be an issue?
