Subject: RE: Big Meadwo 15 Storm Drain Area Drain

Importance: Normal

Hi Greg,

I do not have a problem with this change or adding the private drain to our system. However, please show you have a 12” min separation between the drain pipe and gas line per NW Naturals standards.

https://www.nwnatural.com/uploadedFiles/Business/Partners/BuilderServices/TrenchSpecification/Trench_Specifications.pdf

In addition, please ensure the minor changes and any grade changes are included on the as-builts. I have had some recent concerns from home owners that grade elevations adjacent to their fence lines are higher than the their property elevation and have concerns this is going to create a drainage issue onto their property. I will be reviewing site next week for any possible non-point source drainage concerns.

Jennifer,

Attached, for you approval, please find a drawing of our proposed connection for the private storm drain area drain to the public catch basin located at Sta. 5+68.24 on Julie Lane. Please reply to all, to expedite execution of this minor change.
