Jennifer,
As I mentioned, there are a few things that require your approval with this Planned Unit Development, which I would like to get comments from you to present at the second hearing. The first hearing tomorrow is focusing on the rezoning, so this wouldn’t be until the next hearing on December 2nd.
The whole purpose of the PUD is to allow flexible standards, and this PUD focuses on lot size and street width changes primarily.
