Please see the updated traffic report attached. It takes all of the site trips to one intersection, Hezzie and Hwy 211.

The analysis has shown that the Highway 211 at Hezzie Lane intersection will operate at satisfactory levels and meet ODOT’s mobility standards through the year 2035 scenario with 100% of the development’s traffic using the intersection.

It also confirms sufficient storage capacity in the existing left turn lane.
