They provided evidence of submittal to DSL with their application. If I didn’t upload it to the site it was because I thought it was superfluous to the average concerned individual. Maybe that was a silly assumption given our situation with all the attention on environmental impacts of late.

Hi Jen,
No wetland report submitted for review in the packet that I can see. Without evidence of a report and concurrence from DSL, the Local Wetlands Inventory controls. They need to demonstrate that they have a mitigation plan. Will look at the development plans to see if there is anything there. Thanks.
