Can you please send me a scanned copy of the permit to help speed the process along with PGE. I’m assuming we can use the standard traffic control shoulder closure plan sheets for utility work?

I just listened to your message on my voice mail and inadvertently erased it before I wrote down your phone number. Sorry. Yes, it is okay to cross out the ‘title and phone number’ and write it the appropriate information. As to the Temporary Event Signage Guidelines…. Typically you would write in the name of the permittee which is City of Molalla, you would sign as the ‘authorized signature’ for the City of Molalla, and print your full name and title.
