Sorry. Yes, it is okay to cross out the ‘title and phone number’ and write it the appropriate information. As to the Temporary Event Signage Guidelines…. Typically you would write in the name of the permittee which is City of Molalla, you would sign as the ‘authorized signature’ for the City of Molalla, and print your full name and title. Marlene T.
