I appreciate you looking into this. The City requires an annual test to conducted on all Cross Connection & Backflow Devices. If the annual test has been conducted, please submit a copy of the test report to the City. If there has been no test completed, please schedule to have the test completed at your earliest availability and submit the test results to the City.
