Hi Jenn,

 

Remember how the guys were saying that there seems to be a lot of extra flow in the S. Molalla Lift Station? Apparently, the Avison mill site had an old sewer line that fed straight into the station. That is unaccounted for in my maps. Just found the plans. That could be at least part of it.
