I think we should define the two egress accesses better. There are two properties and they can only have one egress per property.

This could be interpreted to have two on each. I apologize for the last minute change. Also, the rules apply to both egress for service vehicles only.

Here is the approved language

  1. 5. Allow delivery truck (WD-40 and smaller) egress to the Avison Lumber Co. property or its successors (Avison) from the Avison property east to Molalla Avenue.
  2. 6. Allow one additional egress on this property following the City Development Code, Standards and Transportation System Plan for spacing and width and following normal City process.
  3. 7. Weight restrictions on Heintz Street will follow the current City standards and the City Transportation System Plan and will not be changed in the future without the due process afforded to all property owners.
