Jennifer,

Thank you for sending in the Hot Spot Location Appeal for Hwy 213 at Toliver Road. I hope you found this form easier to fill out than the application for ARTS Systemic projects. Technically the due date for submitting an appeal for ARTS Hot Spot Location was last Friday April 17, 2015.

However, we are going to take a look at our priority list to determine if this location was on that list. If it was we will consider forwarding it to our Hot Spot consultant Scott Mansur from DKS to review for accuracy and then add to the Draft 300% list even though it was late. I hope to let you know either by the end of today or tomorrow the status of your appeal.
