Hi,
Just a heads up that Lola will be in to reserve the park and she needs to provide a COL naming the city as a secondary insured. Not sure if she will need keys for the day of but if there is irrigation out there, we need to have PW turn it off the Friday before the event. Other wise everything else is in order for the event to take place.
Once the event ap is turned in with the insurance I will need a copy of it for my records.
