FYI… yes – we could transfer the licenses but only with one other machine. 2 Illustrator and 1 InDesign sounds good. It gives us plenty of flexibility for now.

I’m checking in with the reseller to see if licenses can be moved from machine to machine. I.e. today I’m licensed for InDesign but the admin (you and/or me) could switch the license so Heather could use it tomorrow.
Either way, a 2/1 split sounds fine by me.

Dan,
I spoke with Jennifer about getting the Adobe programs software installed. I think that the real need for me is Illustrator, and I think Jen can run any illustrator needs through me.
Maybe we order 2 illustrators (one for you, one for me) and an InDesign for you as well? I only really need illustrator.
What do you think? I think that would be more cost effective.
