Guys I show it as active and thought that there may have been the possibility of a failed activation. I just checked on it and the activation was a success. Everything on my end looks good and there shouldn’t be any issues in connecting with the device. My only suggestion would be to call customer service to get to tech support, 800-922-0204.
One other question would be does this equipment require a static IP to operate? I’ve seen that happen before with some devices.

We are unable to call the modem. I get a Verizon wireless recording which makes me think the modem is not setup for data correct. Can Verizon confirm this modem is setup correct?
