On Feb.3 around 10:30 I was cleaning out the vac-truck behind the shop. After we were done we took a late break. After break I decided to move the truck to the wash rack in front of the shop. I failed to notice that I had forgot to put the boom back into the rest. As I pulled the truck around the corner the boom hit the top of the shop punching the boom through the cinderblock wall.
