Good morning Philip,
I’ve been looking for the access permits that you mentioned you had submitted, and I can’t seem to find any. Without this permit, we are unable to perform any inspections. Jennifer had sent you some information on the access construction back in December.
If this is the case that these were never submitted, please fill out a permit for each access construction and return to me. We will perform the inspection within 24 hours.
