Hi Ken,

Is Hach sending the City a new replacement logger? I know the weather has been unusually dry, however we were under the impression we would still be able to collect data. I want to know what HACH’s solution is to keep us up and running in the mean time? If feel the City has been very understanding with the late deliveries and we have done our homework to rule out this latest issue. The point of the wireless logger was to keep the crew out of the roadway at that location.

Jennifer,

Attached is a return label for FEDEX delivery to Hach. They will need the logger sent back to replace the modem. I am really sorry for the inconvenience, but you will be without this logger for a while until they get the modem replaced and returned. They have promised to expedite, see not below.
