Hi Dennis,
I spoke with Garrett today which he informed me we do have sewer that runs near the property, however there is no city water service available at this time.
In order to connect to the city sanitary sewer system, SDC and connection fees must be paid in full. In addition, a utility permit (no fee required) for the work in the right-of-way must also be completed. The fees are as follows and can be paid to City of Molalla at city hall, located at 117 N. Molalla Ave. :
· SDC Fee for Sewer only - $4,600.00
· Sewer Hookup Fee - $600.00
If the service connections are on HWY 213, the contractor completing the work in the right-of-way must coordinate lane restrictions and traffic control with Oregon DOT.

I spoke with our Public Works Supervisor and he is unsure if we have sewer south of Crompton’s Lane on HWY 213. He will verify in the field tomorrow if sewer is available to the property.
