Greg,

I spoke with ODOT about the new utility connections, and I think we’ve cleared up some of the confusion about responsibility.

However, I’ve been informed that there hasn’t been a permit acquired for the work in ODOT’s right of way. This is required before any connections to the utilities are made. I’ve also received emails from your neighbor who seems concerned that there is working occurring without a permit.

We need:

· Copy of ODOT permit for work in right-of-way for utility connection, we also need to sign off on this permit.

· Valid City right-of-way permit for the connection to our utilities. (You’ve only submitted the permit but it hasn’t been issued. Pending ODOT concurrence/permit and payment.)

· SDC’s have already been paid

I have been abundantly clear about this, and we will be forced to follow up with code enforcement if we determine negligence. Please respond as soon as possible.
