Importance: Normal

Hi Gerald,

I don’t see where in the TSP that that the north-south section of the Molalla Forest Road (north of 211) calls out for any improvements. The idea was to us the east-west section as an arterial bypass between OR211 and Mathias Rd., see pages 60, 76 and Figure 16 of the Molalla TSP. There is no planned development of the north section, only that the hump from the road be removed at the Toliver Road intersection, which I believe has been completed.

Subject: 15202-10 1118 Toliver - Molalla Forest Rd Question

Hi Jen,

Just a reminder to check with Dan on what you want to do with Molalla Forest Rd. Need to check on the ownership of the parcel west of the shops on the west side of Molalla Forest Road (52E07A 01100 and Tract 31). It will need access to right of way and there appears to be an easement across TL 1700 but I’m not sure what the easement is for and if it goes to both Tract 31 and TL 1100.

Regards,
