Hi Jennifer,
I worked on this over the weekend to try to wrap up for your review. The short is that the SDC methodology is very squishy. I have not had a chance to review the booklet that Dan gave to me with all of the prior methodologies but my guess is that they did not match prior work, hence the squishy. Please take a look at this rough draft of this report and then we should probably set up a time to meet, discuss, and plan out the next steps. Sorry this took so long but I had a hard time figuring out what they were doing and in the end I am still not comfortable with their approach or numbers.
