I’m not exactly sure. On the 13295 address, I see the Plumbing Permit shows a sanitary sewer length of 175 feet. I obviously don’t deal with Building Permits a whole bunch, so I’m not completely sure what that tells us.

I wonder where their utilities happen to be located.

It appears to me that both homes are occupied. This was a strange one. I saw that the partition had been denied, but today I discovered that The County allowed them to move those two homes in there. Both were permitted. Usually, that will trigger the Building Department to send them up to us in Engineering for an Entrance Permit. The person that they talked to in Building apparently assumed that they didn’t need to do that in this case. So, we end up having to chase them down so that we can get the Entrances legally established/permitted.

Dan,
Thank you for your help. With your help and the help of a few others, I was able to get the answers I needed. I will be contacting the homeowner(s) to let them know they need to apply for an Entrance Permit. Have a great evening.

I just checked with our utility billing clerk and we have no water or sewer hook-ups on Lowe Road.

Hi Dan,
I issue Right-of-Way and Entrance Permits here at Clackamas County. I have an issue on Lowe Road that I am hoping that you can shed some light on. I have been receiving a number of questions via email from Susan Hansen. I know that the proposed partition on Lowe Road was denied by Clay Glasgow. As I’m sure you know, there are two new homes that have been placed on Lowe Road, with the above addresses. Were the placement of these homes permitted by The City of Molalla? The reason I ask is because two new entrances/driveways to Lowe Road have been created without permits. I have been tasked with sending letters to the property owners, letting them know that a new entrance requires a permit, and that they need to come in and apply for those permits. While I could permit the entrances regardless, I thought it would be good to know whether or not the homes were permitted by The City. There seems to be a level of citizen interest that requires a little bit of extra due diligence. If you know the answer, and could let me know, I would certainly appreciate it.
Thank you,
Devin Patterson
