Due to the annexation process there is a different fee schedule for this property.
In terms of SDC hookup fees, if the payment/request for sewer connection is made by the current owner of record: DAY STEVEN I, then the SDC is 50% of the normal sewer SDC.
This discount terminates: September of 2017, or sale of the property, whichever comes first.
Sewer SDC cost is 4,600$.
Hookup fee of 600$ is assessed regardless of timing.
All other costs are borne by the owner.
