Hi Luanne,
Looking at the current poles, there is one pole with a luminaire at the apartment driveway on Fenton Ave. I’m not sure if it has been updated to LED, but as of last week in our meeting with Annette, the City is will be working with PGE to have any remaining cobras converted to LED.
So, I guess the answer to your question is the City has not required additional lighting as of yet for the half street improvement. We are still in the review process for the public improvements and will let you know shortly if additional cobra heads on the remaining 2 poles should be added.
