Thanks for chatting with me this morning about the project. As discussed, I will be the main MSA contact on the project.
Regarding the schedule, I agree that January 6th is the latest that we could advertise (assuming a 3 week advertisement) and still issue the Intent to Award by February 3, 2016. With that in mind, I would suggest that we submit our 90% Plans by September 11, 2015 and the Final Plans by October 30, 2015. This would give the City some flexibility to advertise it earlier, if desired.

Hi Chris,
The drop dead Intent to Award date for the Molalla Ave. project is February 3st 2016 in order to provide enough time for council to approve the award. Assuming we will want a minimum 3 week advertisement and a week or less to verify the bids, I’m estimating we would need to go to advertisement by January 6th. Do you agree?
Jim also informed me today he was moving on to Bend Or. Please let me know who will be our new engineering contact.
