Looks fine to me. Jason will have the final SOPs sent to me electronically today.
After meeting with Lee Brennan, PDG water/wastewater engineer, today, Jason will make a few adjustments based on Lee’s comments to provide a procedural step in both Winter and Summer on when the City should make a decision to discharge to the Molalla or Bear Creek. Critical elevations in the lagoons are 12-13 feet, Emergency elevations are 13 feet or above.
