I am having issues with this employee so I apologize if I seem snarky.
He was brought in at entry level for an assistant plant operator. He was moved to Step 2 on 11/11/2014 which is the first date of the next pay period following his anniversary date.

Was he brought in above the first step? Or did he start at entry level? The 6 months only applies if you’re brought in at the first step, correct?
Same response for him as Jake regarding out of class, plus he only has a Cert 1 which I believe you legally cannot act as a Cert 3 for 4 months allowing the employee to receive out of class pay. Something to check with Garrett on.

Heather,
My hire Date was May 1 2014, Making November 1 2014 my 6 month anniversary. Please Adjust my wage accordingly. I believe I was eligible for the wage increase last pay check. Is it possible to get compensated for that?
Also due to our Lead Operator position being unfilled am I eligible for “Working Out of Classification” pay?
