Sargent Homes is working directly with Dennis on the barricade layout of the Parade route. Are these signs below in addition to the parade route needs. Are any of these new no parking locations?

Hello,
Here is a brief overview of items discussed during the Grand Street Parade Meeting on June 3, 2015.
Ø Chamber/5k - As discussed we need to rally at least 12 volunteers to assist with the parade and 5k run. A briefing session will be held at Molalla City Hall in the Conference Room at 8:30am. Volunteers can enter through the front office door of the police station. At that time, people will be assigned to various street barricades by the Molalla Police Department. Sgt. Holmes was key in identifying the locations determining at least 12 volunteers are needed.
Ø Chamber - They will provide vests and buttons to the volunteers for safety.
· Public Works – No parking signs are needed at Francis to Heintz and East Heintz to Kennel set out the night before.
· Public Works – The gate for the 5k run at the Forest Road (logging road) needs to be unlocked the night before or the morning of. The run will start promptly at 9:20am starting from the track. There are also concrete barricades that need to be moved. (Jon Knapp, correct me if I am wrong on that one please.)
ü City Admin - Dumpster to be set up in the back parking lot of City Hall. (Done-SC)
ü City Admin – Notice of street closures included in the agenda packets for June in addition it has been added to the website. (Done-SC)
